    • If you are licensed to practice pharmacy in another Canadian province and wish to apply for a licence to practice in Nunavut, you must submit the following:
      • Application form from the Nunavut Department of Health. Include a statutory declaration of good character and a passport-style photograph with the completed form.
      • Current resume
      • Three references from colleagues or supervisors who have worked with you within the last three years (must be on forms supplied by the Nunavut Department of Health)
      • A certificate of good standing from the PRAs in the province(s) where you are licensed

2. Licence Registration

    • Submit registration fee ($150)
    • Submit Annual Licensing fees ($100/yr)

After successful completion of all of these requirements, you will be granted a licence to practise pharmacy in Nunavut.
